Tuesday 8th  ALEX ISAACS -"Street Photography"

My interest in photography goes back many years originally doing my own black and white printing and gaining an LRPS in the 1980s. After a break, I rekindled my interest about ten years ago and am now producing digital images concentrating mainly, though not exclusively, on street, contemporary and travel photography. I like taking intentional camera movement shots too. No subject is ruled out in case it helps me make a point or social comment. Having said that, I just sometimes take photos of what's in front of me. Photos for me record a moment that if not captured will be lost forever. I also like to simplify pictures if I can by removing some of the detail.

Tuesday 22nd  PETER HOLZAPFEL

The imagery is very varied in content from Landscapes to Flower photography but my main interests are in Architectural Photography seeking to capture the mood and spirit of a building and also I have produced a large volume of graveyard imagery. My other focus is on what might be called "spiritual images" which I have used extensively in my work as a clergyman and they reflect spiritual and moral issues within our society.

A fascinating description can be found on Peter's website.
